How cold? Is your fuel winterized? Are you getting fuel pressure at the filter? Bad ip? You need fuel air and heat for engines to work. You are missing one or more of these. Tons of help if you search.
I put a PA speaker with siren noises, using the buzzer instead of the horn gets people out of the way faster ;) . Cheap 20$ thing. I put mine under the hood Driver side fender. I'll post pics tomorrow if I remember to take them.
I found it. It looks clean, but 9.5K$ seems like quite a lot unless its had a complete rebuild and has zero problems of any kind.
Stock hummer beadlocks will need either spacers up front or the centers cut out and replaced.
20-25 in Hg right from vac pump. Adjust regulator (VRV; EGR if buying on rockauto) on IP to 8 in Hg. Pushing vrv towards firewall increases vacuum and gives earlier shifts.
I put mine at 12 in Hg for earlier shifts (right before 20mph for 2nd and btwn 28-32mph for) 3rd
I've done a 4" lift and then cut the fenders to fit the tires. I also added longer bump-stops up front. You'll need 16.5" wheels with a 3.5" backspacing to fit your truck and tires.
Vids that jorge took.

Great pics Yannick. Awesome riding in the back of that thing! I'll put up some pics when I get them from my co-pilot.
It was great making new friends and seeing old ones!
