Cap is non vented..the gas tank vent runs up to the firewall there is a breather cap on it pull the breather off drive it and see if that fixes it.. then you will know what you need to do to fix it

i also had a super hard time tightening the bellhousing to trans bolts while the trans was still in the truck .. the top two were the worst.. I had to use a open end wrench and a pry bar working through the little inspection hole at the bottom of the bell
Chris are you missing some bump stops in the back.. i have never had my rears hit...Maybe it's cuz my bed flexs up off the frame when i get things twisty?
i think the big nut on the pintle was the most pita of any i can remember taking off..i think it was a 2.5 inch socket and you have to hold the pintle from spinning while trying to get the big arse nut to break loose .i had to use a pipe and a floor jack to get mine loose

Not gonna happen with a stock duece.. acceleration would be 0 ... drivng speed in high would be 0.. a multi fuel doesn't have enough power to pull that kind of gear .. Those gears were made for light weight 4x4 trucks with big motors ..Not for 14000 lb 140hp 6x6s:roll:Not to mention the 3600...

I have 15.5s on mine with the hubs flipped stock rims .. The front left hits the drag link at full right cut.. The fronts just nip the luvers on the inner fenders at full flex with the tires cut hard.No rubbing in the rear. If you had another inch offset on the front they wouldn't hit at all.. i...

9.00s are 41 inches 11.00s-14.5s are 43inches and 15.5s-395s are 46 inches.

Pricey like you get use to yanking the cable to shut the engine off and it breaks something in the injection pump.. or you yank the throttle cable and the gov doesnt work and motor disasembles itself..Sticky cables can sieze up or break which could be a bad thing .. i would try lubing them...
