Well, thought I had an air leak in the line, so popped open the access panel today and found where air is coming from. When the switch is engaged, you can hear the "clunk" inside the case, then immediately after, air starts coming out of the vent pretty steadily. The dash light never indicates...

i had the exact same thing happen to my truck. Ive blown every filter now on my truck, but I also had all original yellow cat filters on. My fuel filter was trashed after a long drive, probably the firs time it was really driven since the guy i bought the truck from was the first owner after GL...
if the frame and mechanics are good on it, you can get a cheap truck and make one out of it. or convert to a trailer and cover your costs by selling out what you dont need, keeping spare parts, and scrap the rest.

And after pressing the keys pretty hard, the keypad seems to be working fine now. Going to look for a new front panel and knobs soon, almost everything, down to my VIC 1 and control boxes look NOS with current CARC, but the radio has seen some use.
Got my radio today, pretty cool little setup. Checks out GOOD and everything seems to be ok. However, I need some help from those with the radios and have played with em.
Basically, I cant get the radio to reprogram the channels for manual operation. Going by the TM i have, in Single Channel...
