Well, I learned a lesson about fuel tank sending units. If the gauge reads full, it just MIGHT be full. I started to drain the tank and blew on the hose to siphon the tank and fuel bubble out. Took out 5 gallons and, by golly, the gauge went down!
The bolt has rusted to the inside of the hole. Get a propane torch and some MAPP gas (both available at any hardware store) and heat it until it glows then give it a whack with a hammer.
I worked at Bridgestone for a while. Much of the difference in tire brands is only the tread pattern. Same sidewall, same steel belts, same everything except tire mold.
