Had to use my winch last week. Needed to get to a barn about 1/4 mile from the house through serious snow. Almost made it when I found a hole just off the road with the left front wheel. I was far from the house but close to tree. Hooray for winches!

Really like the '36 Packard. Dad had the chance to buy one like it in the late '70's. He passed on it, much to the dismay of a certain 10 year old kid.:-(
Maybe I'm just very lucky, but......
Won a truck last Thur., emailed EUC Fri morning, got paid in full invoice today less than a week later.
Can't explain it, but I'm not complaining.
I'll be taking the rollback over to Ft. Meade in the next couple weeks to pick up a M101a1.
Should have room on the truck for another trailer or something similar if any one needs a hand.
Cranked up the deuce yesterday morning and took a drive over to Junkyarddreams place and picked up some bits and pieces to finish off another deuce. Met K9Unit while I was there and had a good time BS'ing with him and Jyd.

Saw this gem for sale locally. I thought at first it might be an early T and J Murray Stumpjumper, but it's actually a farm shop built rig. The Mutt parts did come from Murray's, though. It hasn't run in over two years, has no brakes and is rusting badly, but it's cheap.
