I just use 120grit foam blocks to dull my cut glass.
To bad your not local to me as I have the windshield glass here ( get them cut by my Glass supplier ) and was selling for almost half what your guy is charging
You do not need to bevel the edges, just run some sandpaper over the edges to dull the corners/seams and you do this only because you don't want to cut yourself when your handling it later.
My family history right back to 1754 begins in Waldoboro Maine, I've eaten at Moodys several times. I have not been to the Owls head Lighthouse since they did the dedication wreath laying tribute to my Grandfather back in 2004 which marked the 75th aniversary of the Flying Santa Flights to the...
In my experience Mineral spirits is a slow dry,Naptha is a medium dry and Xylene has a faster dry time. If I was shooting outside in the sun then I would use Mineral spirits but thats just my opinion, either way you really can't screw up Gillespie paint, it is the most forgiving paint you'll...
I rented myself and my deuce out twice for a Animal Planet show called King of the jungle I & II. I was there for 4 days each filming ( one of the days was a sunday which they did not work but paid me to stay ) and put me up in a hotel for the time I was there, I made $3000.00 total on both...
Very Nice [thumbzup]
Back when I had my 37 I only had a garage with (barely) 7' overhead so I had wood on the side rails cut shorter so it would fit in my garage...Now I have a garage/barn big enough to hold my deuce :D
P.S. How you been Carter
I made up this for my deuce http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?85328-My-Hand-brake-lock more so to keep someone at a car show from inadvertantly releasing my hand brake but it could be used for securing your deuce also
Yes I did it to my M-37 a couple of times ( before I added the winch ) it was easier than I had thought it would be., However back then I had it timed to 2 degrees ATDC. ( less chance of kickback )

I went through some of my old stuff looking for the TB ( which I could not find ) but during a search out to my barn stash I did come across one of the (used) pistons from my 1997 rebuild, don't have a clue why I still have it but your welcome to it.....I really need to clean out my barn!!
This was the #6 piston that came out of my parts (V-41 ) truck back when I was restoring my 37. There was a TB out there somewhere that recommended additional oiler/splash holes to be drilled into the pistons for better top end lube.
My Ferret (2/3) had no title when I bought it so I called the original seller in England and he sent me one of these and 30days later I had my ( Florida ) title
