Try holding down the run flat button until it activates, sometimes mine starts working after the run flat mode is initiated. Sometimes not, Like Suprman said, seems to be a cold issue.
Cool another nearby MN member! Tell him to put up a thread already! Just exploring. I have a bunch of 5 tons that go plenty fast, I would like the deuce to go a little faster and/or not be running 2700-2900 at 52 or so. Prefer to keep it automatic so my wife can drive it too, I don't fancy...
The tractor I got has not just two serials, it has 3!!!! As with my other BMY I can't find a serial on the frame next to the steering box as I've been told.
The tractor obviously was a M932A2 as it has the winch controls, PTO, hydraulic tank ect, only thing missing is the winch, bumper...

I'm Tan with envy! Looks like all the tires hold air, you got part of an intercom system, Radio holder? Vise, holy crap, unless there's a piston through the block you won the lottery! Congrats, I wish that was mine. Let us know what the no start is and what it needs besides fluids. I'm envious!
Looks to me like the fuel lever isn't fully forward. It should be all the way at the end of the cable. Push it forward. Mine binds up once in a while. A little marvel mystery oil and tweaking of the cable. Yours looks like it might be binding on that line behind it in your last pic. Here's...
