    the difference is gonna be with linkage and the airhorn hook up to air filter ( flanged or conventional ) but either carb will bolt up to the intake manifolds of either 230 engine Pictured below is the m-37 carb ( flanged airhorn) and the wc-21 carb ( wc carb is similar to the one on a civie PW )

    air shift problem on m35

    The piston on my airshift was put in backwards but the seal still held air barely Heres a pic for reference ( remember the pic show a backward install thicker part of piston should face out). There is a guy on e-bay selling a kit for these ( $37.50 ) if you can't find just the seal
