Even then I can't find the SOB...... I can hear a high pitched low volume whine but **** if I can find it.... Mine sounds like it's right behind the battery compartment I've sprayed everywhere around there except on the batteries..... I don't need more excitement...
Mileage varies, I found the 10 day window to get your vehicle to be nailbiting if you work for a living. That 10 days at Camp Ripley really is like 2 specific days since they aren't there all week.
Don't know about the place you're thinking of buying at.
The GL guys were nice enough but the...
"That topic has been covered in exactly 14,273 threads on SS. The front roller was added to help the half-track get itself out of ditches, if the vehicle "nosed-in", it could "roll out". "
I'm sure everything has been covered at one point on these forums, so why not just close the forums to...
Yes Vehicle MPG varies with the user, engine condition roads ect. As in any vehicle.
You're not going to get 5 MPG, your friend doesn't know what he's talking about.
As JSF01 pointed out, he drives at 55mph to get 18. I drive 65-70. That 10 mPH easily could make a 4 or 5 MPG difference.

I had the same thing happen to my A3. Luckily I was in my backyard when it happened, I didn't notice until I was backing into my pole barn and a line of fluid was trailing me. My axle had flopped around enough to cut the brake line.(poor design IMO as to placement of the line) I won't comment on...
There's a reason a mechanic called my truck a rattler just asking for a quote on service. It's normal. In fact I'm thinking of getting some stencils and painting "Rattler" on mine as a name.
IIRC mine took about a month. Some are faster some slower. Use the time to download and read the TM's on your vehicle. From what I understand following 97's go faster. I didn't need one for the M1009 I bought after the A3 so don't have personal experience with a second one. I believe it IS...
Like I said, you need to spray everywhere with detergent and water to find where they are leaking. Probably the oring or grommet but possibly just the air connections under the shield. About $40 a tire is what the going rate here is for labor to pull the rims apart and replace grommet and oring...
