I'd suggest installing the high-back seats with the 3-point seat belt kit. I have never used a car seat in a HMMWV before, but I assume it would work just fine with the 3-point seat belts.

Carefully sand down the layers of paint on the bumper. Take the proper safety precautions for CARC paint. You may be able to trace the truck back multiple units.

I stayed in a small town myself about 90 minutes outside of Moscow. We did quite a bit of sightseeing around, though, and it included Moscow.

My wife is Russian and I have been there, too. Very nice place to visit. If in Moscow, there are several really good military museums that have a lot of RARE German WWII armor. Also, I'd suggest going to the Kubinka military museum south of Moscow.

I have had the truck for about four years and have driven it long distances (3-5 hours). It has 92K miles.

I have a 1997 civilian Chevy 3500 pickup with a 6.5TD. The gauge reads about 45 pounds when cold and at idle. While running (revving up) it reads over 50 PSI. When hot, at idle, it reads about 18 PSI. The truck runs beautifully and does not burn oil. I am NOT worried about that in the least.
