I hope the OP doesn’t mind if I piggyback on his question, but I suspect my thermostat might need replacing.
Here’s what I'm experiencing:
- Little or no pressure under the cap. After an hour of driving I can take the cap off without getting a coolant shower.
- After a long drive up in the...
My lightbar is a converted Whelen Edge 9000 with the cop strobes removed and HIDs in the reflector cups. It's very bright and does a great job of lighting up the entire area around and in front and sides of the truck, but they take about 30 seconds to warm up. I've considered taking the bar...
I used teflon tape, although I have since heard a reasonable argument against using it- stray bits can get into the IP and make life miserable. I'm not sure why the stuff in the can is better; couldn't it also get into the IP? Anyway, mine is still together and working great, and this thread...

I ask because the “coming soon” three-row has been removed from the page, so I don’t think it’s coming soon….or ever. My rad was leaking a year ago and I patched it with some stop leak, hoping it would hold me over until the three-row showed in stock. Since that’s not going to happen, and I...
Well somebody riled up the folks at Genesis. :D
I’ve been checking that webpage almost daily for over a year waiting for the three-row radiator to show in stock (we have very different ideas as to the definition of the word ‘soon’). Now the three-row is gone completely.
The overall thickness...
I had a Ford Courier truck that had a similar problem. Turn the wheel and the steering would not return to center on its own, you had to help it back. In other words, if you turned the wheel and let go, it would keep going in circles no matter the speed.
So I'm in this tight parking spot...
