The OE hydraulic winch from mile marker sits in its own cradle/bracket/built in front plate which uses 2 frame brackets not really frame extensions. Sounds like you might have a newer style for the warn electric. Check out this install brochure that shows the set up.

Was not sure which you had as chrysler had a 2 terminal and 4 terminal ballast resister in the day. Not sure on specs but they are cheap if you want to do just swap. Good luck!

Common Chrysler problem of the day. Any parts store has it. If the original is 2 terminal, buy the 4 terminal and instantly you have a spare. The 2 are independent. Ru12

looks like batteries are ok. Did you load test? 25v too low for alt, so assuming batts are good, alt is suspect or the internal regulator.

If the pump is the problem, In my thread "Juan's M998" is the specs I used a 24v Wagner Asian pump $7 epay. It beats the oe price for a blue water squirter......This is not mission critical stuff :-)
