The O-Rings are only $12-$15. I am on my third leaking tire and all have been bad O-rings. One of them had a bad grommet as well on the turret valve inside the wheel. As others have said, if your O-ring is bad the tire will leak regardless of CTIS being attached. My current leaky tire will...
I called and talked to them today. Verified that the "Non-Slip Matting" is what I wanted. I can return the other and they are sending the new stuff out. Very good customer service FYI. My first order arrived overnight with standard ground shipping.
This stuff, but in black.
Didn't get the parking break cable yet. I just used WD-40. Disconnected the ends and held it up so it could run down inside the cover. Inside the cab I pulled the levers out and sprayed them while working the lever in and out. I'm sure there are better things to use, and better ways to do...
Negative. I've provided them. I don't think they would charge me for them though. They quoted that as their standard, "large loader tire service". Also wouldn't charge any more for me having them remove the wheel
from the truck vs. me bringing them just the wheel/tire. I'll pull the CTIS...

Found another leaking wheel O-Ring. This is number 3. I'm not fighting this one, straight to the tire shop. Picked up a 1 ton chain hoist at Harbor Freight (my truck came with zero tools from GovPlanet). Ordered the dry-deck mats for the tool boxes. Bought a 5 lb fire extinguisher to go in...
Snow? What snow? All of ours has melted! Can't believe our snow is gone in February! I usually don't see my lawn until late March at the earliest.
Weird, weird winter this year.
Cut in is 100-110 PSI. Cut out is 120-127 PSI. The govenor senses pressure from the main line to the wet resevoir. Signal lines run from the governor to the compressor unloader and the airdryer valve. Both primary and secondary have their own gauge.
If you just replaced the governor and the...
I removed and reinstalled the engine stop solenoid. Mine was mounted upside down (wires coming out the bottom). The throttle linkage was rubbing on the wires and was starting to wear through. Glad I caught it. Looks like a brand new solenoid.
