Thanks guys, I noticed only a few holes seemed to go through. It looks like only 1 or maybe 2 are leaking. I'll start with those.
Woodsplinter, I have actually have that exact stuff unopened on the shelf. I'll give it a try.
Wow, great work tracking those issues down! That has to be an obscure thing to have a check valve in backwards! I can see how that would get overlooked for a while.
Kind of a dumb question. I replaced the front side, front axle pinion seal. Replaced the gasket for the seal housing too. Used liberal amounts of RTV to seal everything up. I noticed today it appears to still be leaking a bit from some of the bolts that hold the seal housing to the diff...
Got her titled and registered! Fixed a leaking CTIS connection on a rear tire. The big connector on the pipe coming from the hub had almost slid completely off. Noticed I lost a front wheel weight and ordered a new one. Replaced front pinion seal.
Here is the Parts diagram:
This is the plunger (circled in red above):
Here is the type of filter I have in mine (Norgren 3652-11):

I took mine apart and cleaned it today. It was sticking open too. There were a few chunks of crud in it that I assume were preventing it from closing.
The plunger (circled in red) has a tiny stem on the bottom. It's only about 1mm thick. The stem drops down into the little O-Ring in the...
Guarded success!! It doesn't leak now. Truck never got warm enough to engage it, so I don't know if that parts works yet.
Again it's 12x3mm O ring from McMAster-Carr 9263K126
UPS just delivered the O-Rings. The 3x12mm one looks very promising and fits very well. I'll try it tomorrow. Too cold and dark to mess with it tonight!
Still waiting. Haven't gotten the Metric O-Rings yet to try. Evans and Comfort Air are still researching it. I did just bite the bullet and buy a replacement actuator through Oshcosh Equipment...ouch. Figure I'll still try to fix the old one for a spare.
Played with the truck some today. It was pretty cold and barely started, tested the ether system and it worked. Definitely have the main power solenoid sticking closed. With the main power switch turned off, I still had current draw (gauges and heater blower still operated). Banged on the PCB a...
