If you want a waterproof HMMWV I would recommend an amtech or similar fiberglass hard top in which the doors would seal against top in a formed channel.
Soft or hard doors would work on these.
You will need an antenna base to match them. I believe Evildrporkchop had some.
As for using them for a CB antenna it would have to be modified.

I bought a few out of state and got them titled at a notary with a signed title and bill of sale. Driving it back before title work could be difficult. I had mine shipped.

I have decided to go with a 4 door softtop configuration and also purchased the cargo area cover as well.
With everything else the truck needed I figured best to address all of its issues before the slant back.

You could use drop bumpers to fix the bumper height law. Wheel spacers can be no thicker than 1/4 inch. You will need to watch the tires sticking outside the body as that is a big no no.
Why not sell the HMMWV tires and wheels and return the truck to full stock configuration.
