If you go to a auto parts store for the bolts insist they are not metric (I argued with the people there for 5+ min about that... I won). Start spraying the nuts with penetrating oil now, and heat the S*** out of them before you take them off. Also try to find a friend to help hold the turbo in...
First off I was driving home from Iowa last weekend, and it seems I didn't have as much power as I did driving out. But there were high winds and I had the canvas over the bed.
Second I noticed my oil PSI was just at 30PSI when driving and about 8-12 when idle. Is this normal. But then when I...
I have used one at a railroad museum I volunteer at. They work really well but can be hard to position till you get the hang of it. Also with some metals go slow cause these drills have the tendency to snap bits
I have seen pics of a set up with a headset and mic similar to aircraft headsets in guys trucks. What are these systems, how much do they cost and where can you purchase one

There is fuel leaking on to the turbo, its coming from the back of this part that is attached to the exhaust intake right after the turbo. The part has two small fuel lines, one in one out. Its not leaking from the line but from the back (side facing the firewall). It leaks a drop every few...
So I am a bit of a train freak too and since the air horn on the truck didn't meet my standards I decided to amp it up a bit. I installed a 3 chime Nathan P3 train horn up top of the cab... I just installed it about 30min ago and its loud even with the engine running. I will try to get pics and...
so I took the wiring off my horn to put a new one on and now whenever I go to put the wires on the old one it arks and something in the cab clicks... I am not sure whats wrong
