I have seen pics of a set up with a headset and mic similar to aircraft headsets in guys trucks. What are these systems, how much do they cost and where can you purchase one

Well it only took a few hours but its done. I soaked the bolts with PB blaster and heated them... Biggest problem I had was when I went to get new bolts the people at the parts store thought it was metric. But its on and running good. Gotta wait till tomorrow to test drive it.

anyone have any do's or don't's when replacing a turbo. I just got a new one today and want to know of any dangers before I start.

I have seen some with a strap that goes across the back of the bed to keep stuff or people from falling out. What is the part #/name of the strap and any idea where I could buy one

I have yet to paint a CUCV but I have painted almost everything else... Muscle cars, trucks and even locomotives. I have used old guns and hvlp, they seem to do the same results. All I can say is use good paint or your results come out bad, even if you are looking for a flat finish dont cheep...

There is fuel leaking on to the turbo, its coming from the back of this part that is attached to the exhaust intake right after the turbo. The part has two small fuel lines, one in one out. Its not leaking from the line but from the back (side facing the firewall). It leaks a drop every few...

So I am a bit of a train freak too and since the air horn on the truck didn't meet my standards I decided to amp it up a bit. I installed a 3 chime Nathan P3 train horn up top of the cab... I just installed it about 30min ago and its loud even with the engine running. I will try to get pics and...

so I took the wiring off my horn to put a new one on and now whenever I go to put the wires on the old one it arks and something in the cab clicks... I am not sure whats wrong

I am a big "turbo whistle" fan... I got a 2000 F-250 diesel that screams, so I shouldnt have too much of a problem with a whistler

Has anyone ever used it on their truck. I know its tuff but nasty stuff but if it came in the right shade I would highly consider using it
