M125 10 ton with a M816 wrecker body, if you are including 10 tons. Does that make it one 5 ton or greater, two five tons (10 tons divided by two), or three 5 tons (10 tons divided by two plus a 5 ton wrecker body)? What is the count up to now?

Will they fit a 10 ton truck? Pilot hole 11" or so, bolt pattern 10 lug nuts on about 12.75" diameter IIRC? If so, I could use about 9 myself. If those numbers are close, I can go back to the manuals and come up with the actual numbers. That would make them PLS rims, not Hemtt.

Most any auto parts store can order it, this is a very common item. The stuff I bought locally is marked Kat's Engine Starting Fluid made by Five Star Mfg, Springfield TN 888-872-7278.

MADSAM - That rust inside the leg tubes is going to be a PITA for the rest of the time you have the truck unless you get it out of there. The rust is thicker than the steel which rusted, so it will always bind unless you get most of the rust out. You need to get something to dissolve the rust...

98hd - What wheels are those? Are those stock 5 ton wheels? Did you do a rear hub flip?

The PM article suggests using a stovepipe/dryer vent type of sheet metal elbow - not very durable. The NAPA type elbow (much cheaper at most any other auto parts store) is a heavy gage, formed piece of exhaust tubing, much more robust. Just make sure you specify 4" OD x 4" ID for the end sizes...
