What do one of these set you back? In the wallet that is.

Line-X or Rhino Bedliner On Underside of A3 Hood?

Both Rhino and Line-x stick pretty good. Just make sure there is no rust before you have it sprayed. The bedliner should help with noise and heat too!

    Media Blasting Split Rims

I think sandblast, epoxy primer and paint is superior To powder coat. Powder coat can't be touched up and rust creeps under any imperfections. I have heard that commercial tires shops can get them done cheap. I have heard about $50 bucks each. I just had 8 two piece rims done.

    cummins 6BT bobbed m52

Planning on putting a Cummins 350 turbo and roadranger 9 speed in my M813. I found Gavan's road ranger swap interesting. It makes swapping in a Eaton/Fuller easy in a military truck. I was thinking that a carrier bear would solve the front drive shaft issues. Problem solved![thumbzup]

    The Great NH Rte 16

I will check out Eastern Surplus when I go down to visit my brother in Southern Jersey. But I prefer to deal with Kublos. Their prices are fair, The people are helpful and nice. I just bought brand new 1600R20 tires for $160 each. Well worth the trip and they are closer than Eastern![thumbzup] I...

    A3 tire work in Massachusetts

East coast truck supply in Easton would be a good place to start. Are you using it on your tire beads? You can use silicone base grease too. I am mounting (8) 16.00 R20 tires on two piece rims next week.

    A3 tire work in Massachusetts

Let me know. if you need help. I can fix them. A lot of tire shops just slap the tires on the rims. They don't care if they hold air. We fix a lot of leaky tires at our shop. PM me, if you want some help. The shop is in Bridgewater Ma.

    M35a2 with Cab Guard/Back Rack

I call them a "head ache rack" They keep stuff from flying into the back of your head, so maybe I should call it a NO headache rack! With the sides on no one would notice the difference.

Fuller 9 spds and Mack engines?

I think I am going with a eaton 9 speed. I think a 13 speed is a little to much gearsit is a little wide but I need to push the tranfer case back so I will have more room to clear the transmission. If I have to I will use a two piece driveshaft and a carrier bearing. Is there any other reasons...

    Crane truck goose chase

The "WARP SPEED" button is funny....but look at the label to the right of it for the key switch......it looks like it says "F*CKING START"....... Laughing my ass off.

Fuller 9 spds and Mack engines?

73M819, I don't see how a 7, 9, or a 10 speed Spicer can be the same lenght as a five speed? The way they get the extra gears is to add another section on the tail of a five speed or make the tranny wider. I think I will have to move my transfer case back at least 10". I have a winch so I need...

Fuller 9 spds and Mack engines?

I know I said that a five speed was fine, but that was before I took a 698 mile trip through Ma,CT,NY,PA and back. I wish I had some more gears pulling those big hills and traveling back with a load. I will be adding more gears soon!

different colored diesel and low sulfur fuel

I am not sure how we get off on rants about Tax and red fuel. We all are aware of the laws. It is a free country and we choose to follow the laws that govern us. My question was in regards to color and quality of diesel. I want to thank everyone for their input. Thank you for the links too...

trip to Kublo's from Boston in M813 in the big snow storm of october

If you live in NY, have a military winch truck and need to make money? Just go out in the next snow storm and pull cars and tractor trailer out of ditches on RT 84. I wish I had a nickel for every car or tractor I seen in the ditch. I saw a few cars way way off the road. Like a 100 feet away...

different colored diesel and low sulfur fuel

I just recently return from a long road trip. While I was driving through different states I put in different colored fuel. In Mass most of the fuel I run is blueish in color and looks oily like diesel should. But I put some low sulfur fuel in before I left it was yellow. I put some orange low...
