RE: Anyone with hemtt/grove m977 crane - where
I saw 2 NOS controlers today when I picked up some parts. I had no use for them so left them there. I might still have on in the shop, I will check later.
Radiator is holding green fluid. It looks like it has been replaced as most of it is still black. Both fenders are a lot better than my cancer patched ones.
Anybody have 3 of the plastic return lines that fit on the injectors that wan to get rid of? Are the lines and fitting available civi...
I found a truck that had belonged to a fire department. The fire dept. pulled some parts and then a scrapper got it. I bought it from the scrapper before he completely destroyed it. Most of the copper lines and some wiring is gone, fuel tank, alt, and some air parts along with master and air...
Find a truck scrap yard or a trucking company with several scrap trucks out back. With the flat floor in the deuce get an air ride and it will be fit for a king...........
Muffler makes a big difference but long trips need hearing protection. These trucks are real noisy. I was thinking about some sound proofing for the front of the cab, behind the seat, and in the doors. Don’t really want anything on the floor due to water and dirt.
Well the barrowed compressor broke. I told by buddy if he wants me to keep barrowing his equipment he needs to fix it. Last weekend was a trip to GA to bring back Kawi's M35. Maybe this weekend I will finish most of the blasting.
Are the doors from the deuce and the 900 trucks interchangeable? I found some doors today that are in better shape than mine but had 900 stickers on the inside. Are they the same as the deuce.
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: looking for Whistler Turbo
I'm running the NAPA muffler but my turbo is a "D" I guess. In the truck I can hardley hear the turbo. Otheres around can here it spool up and down.

Not a bad thing if you like the whine. I can’t call it a whistle, it’s a whine to me. I put a muffler on my truck. You can carry on a conversation in the cab now. On short runs to town you can get away with out hearing protection. I think with the C...
I wanted one too until last weekend. Have you ever heard one in person? That thing is about annoying. At idle it whines and at RPM it really whines. You can here it a mile away coming.
Is there a way to tell who made the M35A2 and what year it is? When I got my truck the dash plate Vin # matches my title. Title indicates it is made by AM General 1976. The data plate I think indicates it is a 1967 Kiser WO/W but not sure. The truck has a winch. I know that when the...
