Looking at the picture for the troop seats, the hardware doesn't look correct. They should be more like the Deuce troops eat hardware. I made a set of seats out of some leftover deuce seats. Not hard to do.
I may have some addition M715 parts. I think I have the soft top hardware, spare tire...
While I have not used the aluminum spacers myself, I know a few that have. One of the issues that they have to pay attention to is the need to retighten the lug nuts. The aluminum is soft and after awhile the lug nuts will slightly crush the aluminum and cause the nuts to be loose. They are not...
Here is my take on the situation.
You trusted your fuel gauge and the it lied to you. You ran out of fuel and now you have air in the system.
Without removing the air it will crank all day long and never start.
It is well documented on how to bleed the system. There are even some videos...
Glad you got it running. Good job [thumbzup]

First off welcome to the site.
Why will GovPlanet not issue a SF-97? Did the auction state that no title/SF-97 would be issued? Did it state that the sale was for "Off Road Use Only"

That is the feed wire for the GP relay. It is just wire. From the E-7 diagram it show that it is wire 8 RED-2 (SXL).
From the first few pages of the Trouble shooting section it shows that it is a 8 guage Heavy Walled, high abrasion, cross-linked polyethylene wire with a Red cover.
The wire...
That is really a pink wire. It is the 12v for the fuel shutoff on the injector pump. Without it the engine would never run. Good find. [thumbzup]
The diode is usually wrapped in some silver duct tape and just hangs out next to the wiring harness behind the air cleaner
