In a former life I worked for a engineering firm that built every kind of weird process contraption you could dream up. Everything we built that was to be in the open with hydraulic hoses were covered with a nylon protective sleeve, which basically was nylon webbing/tubing that the hose was run...
I think it is an older steel pot cover that as been modified to fit a civi motorcycle helmet. My armor unit did the same thing to our CVC shells in the 80's.
Oh CHRISTINI AWD shows a digital on their sales pages but any I have seen are one color .
Just found this one with caption "July 1972 - A U.S. Army soldier rides a camouflaged motorcycle. A bayonet is attached to his M16A1 rifle."
I have seen M1030b1's seats covered with woodland...

you want 2 1156 bulbs(brake/turn, and 2 1003(tail).
I am pretty sure the Army got rid of them in the late 50's as they were a pain. They were similar to the one shown in post 14 on a 16" rim. I have taken several of the 20" ones apart and never found the remains of the bead lock.

They run best around 20psi, lug pattern is 8 on Ø6.5" and I don't know if that is a super duty size. You can just change to 12V bulbs and splice in to where the harness has been undone, unless you have LED's.
The battery spot is actually for a Jerry can...
