That engine is worth much more than you paid for it, not because it is NOS; but because the emission laws are getting tighter as time goes on & it is exempt...unless you live in California. Very nice score!

The 5 ton rides more cushioned than the Duece which is much more rough to drive around in; hence...cushy! Great looking truck, I am looking @ one like it this week & might get it if the price is right! :jumpin:

Very nice work all around. Using the mobile sandblaster made your life a lot easier & the finished truck a whole lot more uniform than if done by hand. Another plus side, is that properly primed as you have done, the rust can't come thru as it is gone off the base metal to start with. Keep up...

Working in a chemical plant with hundreds of compressed gas cylinders make me shudder after watching this video. There is always a semi trailer full of acetylene cylinders or two onsite. Be careful out there!
