Anybody filed a claim with GL?

Once you pick it up that's pretty much it. You can file a claim but the odds of anything but "see the terms of agreement" are not likely.

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Most M35A2s I've had go all the way to the floor, they dont have much play in them either even in HI range. Dunno.

Got new lights, HUMVEE seats, rifle mount, cup holders, and 12v converter installed to go recover a flatbed. Fun trip! (video was posted on SS)

M54s have the same cab as an M35A2. Window sizes are the same.

    Restoring A 1943 M10 ammo trailer

I'd go the restoration route to ensure it's protected from the elements and most problems you described are minor, it's also easy to prep and paint due to large flat surface areas.

Power Issue - Starts but no lights or gauges

Wire 10 showed 24.1 volts. I soldered the cut cables in place of crimping and re-re-reseated the 3 way switch (NOS 2004 stock). External lights work now for reasons unknown. Gauges are still not working fully.

Power Issue - Starts but no lights or gauges

The buzzer goes off upon flipping the power switch and it starts the engine just fine but no power is reaching the electric gauges, lights, or blinkers. Bulbs and gauges have tested good, batteries are topped off, and alternator is new (with a tested output). The wires have been traced with the...

It was good to meet the new guys and re-meet the regulars. Sorry I missed the group pic at the museum as I had a store front to take care of. I did manage to snag a few pics of off roading. That tree in pix #2 was at the top of the hill and pushed down to the basin by the xm818 (it was dead and...

    2013 Annual TX MV Rally

Thank you and your father for the assistance! We made it back ok, blew an airline at one point but it was a quick fix. Did 50 mph at 5.2 mpg on bad fuel and dirty filters. :driver:

    m135 underpowered

I'd like to see this. I'm not calling you out or anything but when I had to flat tow an A2 with an A2 we averaged 37mph over a 13 hour (450 mile) trip. The fuel was probably bad I admit.
