What did you do to your deuce this week?

I don't mind the questions. I do them for fun mostly. The satisfaction of painting and creating is more thrilling for me than for most. I don't usually sell them but people do tend to walk up with money at times and a deuce goes to a new home. I consider it one MV saved from the scrapper. [thumbzup]

This would be my 4th deuce I've gone through with a fine tooth comb. The light bar came on it as this deuce was in service at montgomery air force base. Here are my other three.

    M816 hot rodding ?

With these vehicles it's difficult to get either more power or better fuel efficiency from their stock build without detracting from their service life. They were designed for a specific purpose which they do quite well in their element. Small things such as changing tire sizes, etc, etc can aid...

Does anyone know how much I would pay for bows and a cover for a 923?

A standard set of used bows (fiberglass) and a decent cover is about $500 when you can get it. NOS you should expect $750 or so.

Insurance of a m35a2 in Tx

If it's for personal use State Farm will do it cheap without restrictions. If you want to go the antique route: Haggerty, Gulfway, and a slooth of others are available but mind the requirements and restrictions. Each has been covered in great detail on the site. Happy hunting!

M-925 with "MOTOR" painted on the windshield...

It could have been marked from its unit, before the rebuild, as in the motor needed to be completely swapped out.

    M108 restored Multifuel price?

12,500 is a bit high for a fully restored M108 from what I've seen unless it is museum quality. That being said what's it worth to you, what do you plan to use it for, and does it have a title? I've seen good looking M108s go for about 9K though they are rare.

    Going rate for a M373a2?

Prices vary depending on place and condition..also title. What its worth is up to you. I know my area can get them in fair condition for $600-800 range.

How strict is GL on 10 day time limit?

The site manager is ahead of scheduling for each location. If you've talked to him then you're golden. I've called in for a two week extension to pick up a batch of trailers before and it went like clockwork.
