There is a drain on the primary fuel filter ( it is covered in the -10 operators TM )

Did you add any weight to the truck ?

Stick with what the dipstick says if it is a deeper pan , unless a longer pickup tube was added also .

Have you replaced the rubber fuel lines ? If not that would the first thing to check . They are known for cracking and letting air into the system .

Ford was pushing out 390 V-8's back in the 60's in the F-series.

GL is based in Phoenix, AZ , but they were a license car dealer in floridia.

Maybe they are updating the FMV law to address people trying the title/register the "OFF ROAD USE ONLY" HWWMV's that are being sold .

That looks like a Florida truck. Rusts from the top down , instead of the bottom up like here in michigan.

Check CL for a pallet jack.
