The reasnon I asked if the headlights worked is because if you have NOTHING it is unlikely the EESS box.
Leaving the run switch on should not normally burn up anything.

Randomly replacing parts is a poor way to fix an issue, you will learn much more by actually troubleshooting the system.
That is not a cruise control, it normally will not hold the throttle open far enough to be useful as a cruise control.

That starter does not need a front mount, there is not enough weight hanging off of the nose piece to warrant one.
It would be a challenge to just engage the bendix without cranking the motor.

As Mullaney said pull the cable off of the speedo then pull the center of the cable out and grease it from tip to tip with bearing grease and carefully put it back in, helps to have 4 hands involved.
Again they have to be installed and ADJUSTED correctly OR the cover is not correctly fitted,, if it takes allot of force to twist it in place it is not adjusted correctly, DZUS fasteners are rather fragile but there are places they work better than anything else.

Google DZUS and see how they are installed and adjusted, to do it correctly you need some special tools, I have one vehicle with DZUS fittings all over it so the tools are worth while to me.
You do understand that the LED lights have a separate ground wire unlike the incandescent lights that ground through the mounts yes? the front turn signals might be seeking ground through the "parking" lamps which are powered removing that path when the headlights are on...
Sounds like you have a grounding issue to the front end to me, like the front turn signals are grounding through the head lights so when thay are on the path to ground is not there. weird!
