M932A1 with shorter drop side deuce bed

Got the other storage box and have it mounted. Lots of places to put stuff now ! My next project will probably be a 24v to 12v converter hooked up to a power plug for gps and other needs.

I thought above using Deuce type mud guards. I like the idea of quickly being able to remove them for off road fun. All I have to do is pull a pin and off they come.

    Cabin light install

I did drill two small holes in the support rib on the cab to hold the two metal strips in place and provide grounds for the light to work. It is definitely nice having the light at night when you need to get all your stuff out of the cab.

m66 gun ring - what is this on the ring for ?

Well I finally found a barrel clamp. It showed up on ebay and I was determined to get it. It showed up today, so after some paint, on it went !

    Cabin light install

After installing a dome light in my deuce and liking it, I decided to do the same for my 932. The unit itself is grounded so all that's needed is a power wire. I decided to just tap into the battery directly and put a 5 amp fuse in line. Works great and you don't have to turn on the...

I don't think my rubber mud flaps are up to holding much ;-)

EXACTLY ! Thanks for the picture, that looks great ! I'm also thinking about putting a couple of gas can holders on top. I'll have to see if they will cause issues with the exhaust.

Have another storage box on the way. I will mount it above the box next to the exhaust. This will give me the added room for the extras needed for towing/recovering vehicles. I did a civilian wiper upgrade using the components that are used for the deuce. I ended up using the old arm by...

M35A2C Won't Start, and I Tore my Pants

FUNGUS  Your not getting enough fuel to the HH. Get fresh fuel and filters. If that doesn't work then the next suspect would be the HH or shutoff.

M35A2C Won't Start, and I Tore my Pants

Your not getting fuel. 3 year old diesel will clog filters in a hurry. Try the getting the fuel in order first. It might save you a lot of trouble and money.

M35A2C Won't Start, and I Tore my Pants

Get the fuel out, clean the tank up and get some new stuff. You'll need to replace/clean depending on the type of primary filter. If the primary filter is really bad you might want to go ahead and replace the other two fuel filters as well. You'll need to re-bleed the fuel lines. Fungus will...

Did you put new fuel in it ? Check the shutoff as mentioned earlier since its easier than the HH. Good luck and keep us posted !

    Changing a M923 to a M923A1

You will also need a speedometer adapter to compensate for the tires. I believe the A1 series also added an air dryer and did away with the methanol sniffer for the air system (not sure about this though)

Kinda has that look to it. Tomorrow I'll paint up the side of the bed to match the top.

M932A1 with shorter drop side deuce bed

Thanks, I'll post some more pics when I get home. We were suppose to get some T-storms overnight so I put the cover over the cab. Seems to keep things dryer in the cab.

M932A1 with shorter drop side deuce bed

Wood all the way :-P It does turn as sharp as my deuce. The shorter wheel base makes it much easier to get around. I've had a couple of people mention they were surprised at its turning radius. I'm not sure what to call it yet ? Any ideas ? Maybe I need to do a poll ?

Generator only puts out 24.5 volts

Check all your connections and make sure they are clean and secure, especially your batteries. What condition are your batteries in? If they are old and in poor condition they might have an internal short that could be causing problems. The internal regulator on the alternator you have could...

M932A1 with shorter drop side deuce bed

Got the shortened top back. Its really tight. I had 5' taken out of the 14' length. I probably should have left a few more inches on it. Hopefully it will stretch a little. I might shorten each bow vertical support an inch to get the top to go further down on the bed. It appears the deuce drop...
