I thought about just putting a full length bed on. I didn't want to loose the spare tire carrier and I wanted to keep the truck short. The bed would have stuck out another 1.5 feet in the rear. It would have been good for mounting the rear mud flaps though. With the short frame of a tractor a...
Plasticoat bedliner in the 1 gallon pale. I used a variable speed buffer with 80 grit sand paper to knock off the rust and loose paint and create a surface for the liner to grab on to. I put it on with a paint roller.
Stock my deuce like about 47mph. I put 395's on and now it likes around 56mph. I also added a brake resevoir so I can monitor any leak issues. I have not turned up my fuel but did add a pyrometer and boost gauge to make sure I don't beat up the truck. I can lock up all my wheels without...

Do a search. I did a post on this.
You've locked it up with the adjusters. Look in the TM to see which way to turn them to loosen. You might also remove the brake line just in case there is some pressure on the brake cylinder assembly.
If the FDC has been bypassed then it won't run as well on other fuels as diesel. FDC corrects for fuel density so that you get even power with mixed/other fuels. My FDC was bypassed by the military. I've run on other fuels with only a slight power loss. My mixtures were only maybe 20% other...
