Sounds like the flywheel is cracked. Get the motor warmed up then hold the brakes and stand on the throttle and see if it does it. You could also have loose or missing torque converter fasteners.
Wonderful... Thanks DH. These just weren't high enough on my list to research. Figured if someone needed them for a generator I would give some to the person that came up with the answer.
Apologies for getting people's hopes up.
The ones I have do not have the flat spade connector, they have a pounded connectin pin with a notch for the connector to lock into. Looks the same other than that though. Even the same whit box. I'm going to go out and get one that is still in the box and see if I can get a good p/n. Will post...
If you go through Colorado you need to check out the silverton loop. It's a fully functioning narrow gauge rail line from Durango to silverton and back that was used for mining back in the day. A ride up and back is an all day ordeal but it sure is fun bein behind that old steam locomotive when...
Looks like you got a parts truck unless you meet someone that knows how to work the system to your advantage. I HOPE for your sake that it isn't STOLEN! Maybe someone got tired of fixing it and just dumped it there... Who knows...

Alright. I was given some as well and didn't want to waste it if it wasn't a good blender. I'm going to start blending and settling WMO soon but don't have enough saved up yet. I've only got about 25 gallons saved in a tote that's been settling for a couple months now with no cutting agent in it.
Well yeah I'm aware of that, just wanted the opinion of some of you guys about it compared to others. Maybe it isn't as good as something else, or maybe it's really great. Idk.
There is a 6x6 truck with winch, cargo cover and trailer with cargo cover all in much better shape than the one you described to us for $5500. You could buy that and have it shipped to you and still be a few thousand bucks ahead. Check the classifieds section here. There are some bobbed trucks...
I would rather drive my old smog machines that I can fix myself than bring a plastic truck to get reprogrammed because it decided to throw a hissy fit. And I am a 26 year old former Dodge and Chevrolet dealership technician. There is a reason all of my vehicles are older than I am now.
