Also, the blazers have 3.08 gears and will run 70 all day long. The pickups have 4.56 gears and will only run 70 for a short period of time before the pistons start swapping holes.
There is a small lense right under the hood that sticks out. It is possible that someone painted over it or replaced it with something completely unrelated to the CUCV family of trucks. This may help! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackout_light
IIRC, Randy will sell you a single lockout and a single double splined shaft as a kit. Another option is to reach out to tie6044. He has offered the very set you seek, in the past.

My new to me sidewinder will look pretty sweet with 100' of "Military Grade" $26.00 winch cable spooled on!
It's a decent winch but the ultimate draw for me is the ability to almost completely hide it behind the bumper of the truck. Treated with common sense, it should last a long time. Sacrificial abuse will net you looking for parts that just aren't that available.
That's the one Larry. Prices on these are usually between $100 an $1500. Those familiar with them, covet them. Those that have never seen one shy away. They are an excellent choice for a hidden mount. A pic of mine attached.

My wrecker project will get 255/85R16 BFGs. They are 33" tall and skinny so the fit the dually rim. A 305/70R16 could be run on the front if you wanted a wider tire.

My experience with the injected nylon dictates the use of a decent size press, A decent sized impact tool and/or both combined with heat. Heat makes things much easier.
