    Jeff, you probably should bleed the whole system before you contaminate the new booster with crappy fluid... and make sure the push rod is adjusted with the correct amount of play in the MC...

    thats how you do it... hold the upper end of the cable vertical and pour some of this wonderful lube down it...a little at a time and gravity takes its course.

    P equals IV... Power equals amps times volts... power is in watts... watts equals amps times volts... 768 watts, more or less is one horsepower... W equals 100 times 28... or 2800.. divide by 768 and you get about 3 and a half horsepower...to run a 100 amp alternator at full efficiency...

    I sure would be using speedometer cable lube, which is fine carbon particles suspended in a carrier solution...usually available in a small tube at auto parts stores... Grease and cold weather make the cables sluggish and jumpy....

    George at VTCSM37 has some new teeth courtesy of a torque rod off a deuce... I have a new 5 ton rod for $100 and a insert, which can be pressed in with washer and nut for $50.. nothing for deuce... there are two types.. round cross section and H cross section... interchangeable on Deuce.

    And remember that the production runs begin at 10001...so you are in the 14000 range of trucks made in that series...a few get used in production and not shipped or assigned a USA #...I think.

    The battery is a 4HN... 12 cells in one battery.... 2HN is the Jeep battery. I use two lawnmower batteries in series for mine.. The nice folks from Zero Davidson and Kevin Emdee...will be at the Weare Rally with batteries...and other accessories...I am told...
