If you tie it into the front bumper your going to have issues with frame flex .

New batteries get low when alternators are not charging . The starter draws high amps and away from the rest of the system . Just because it cranks good doesn't mean it has enough power for the fuel solinoid on the IP.

Just figure it in your maximum bid ,not a big deal . They been doing it here in michigan since they started non DOD auctions a couple years ago . Dow is one of there regulars and getting on their property for pick-up makes any goverment site seem like going to a flea market to get in .

And the brakes . The trailer better have excellent brakes with that load.
