New batteries get low when alternators are not charging . The starter draws high amps and away from the rest of the system . Just because it cranks good doesn't mean it has enough power for the fuel solinoid on the IP.
Just figure it in your maximum bid ,not a big deal . They been doing it here in michigan since they started non DOD auctions a couple years ago . Dow is one of there regulars and getting on their property for pick-up makes any goverment site seem like going to a flea market to get in .
I was referring to say part X that was listed for $100 and no bids And the same part X that had 5 sales for $25 , you can figure part X isn't worth much over $25 .
You can find the part numbers somewhere in one of these , then google the part number for a source .

I don't see how bashing Swift drivers shows a positive image of SS when they were not at fault.
