Hey if any one is interested i just cashed in on a bunch of 1/2 inch think foam with perferated 383 green on top. It looks like band-aids. The same stuff Caterpillar uses and many other tractor and heavy equipment companys. it uses a space age foam that converts sound waves to heat that is very...
Alright so i got a deal worked out and i can get a quantity of overson lock out hubs (O.E.M. brand). They are the cast ones, he stoped making the billet ones because the cast hold up just as good. He told me he would waranty them, provided you dont bang them on a rock or somehting. They sell...
Well the m66 is sorta sitting in my shop, think im going to save it for the wrecker. If you could get by with just the rollers i would just make some. Maybe have them heat treated but for the amount of use, i would just lub em up real good and go.
Alright so heres the deal. I got an M66 gun ring for my crew cab deuce but dont like the whole design i like the HMMWV set up much better. i was thinking about using that idea insted. the problem is i cant find any close up pics or mesurements of the things. I got a guy that says he has a...

Any one stumble into any "cheap" (less than the 500$ mark) 12 up to 24 volt gizmos? I realy like the 12 volt system as far as parts laying around and service but i wana run 24 volt ratios.
This is kinda funny to me....I was talking with a large contractor we crush concete for from the twin cities area. he had a wearhouse full of old army stuff. He was telling me about 5 truckloads of gauges he had his guys take to the scrap iron yard. Shortly after being loaded on a train he got a...

Hey guys, No need for fancy tubles rims for the bigger sizes, just run the tube! the XZL or XML(which ever i have) are tube or tubeless. the XL's are supposed to be tube type only. I am running the 2 1/2 ton axles with home made rims. Just added 3 inches and got 10.5x20. Not that big of a deal...
yeah plus it would be the wrong wheel base, thats basicly what i was thinkin. Then if i can try to use the 1400's but that will through the jacks all off. never the less i was thinkin one of them might be cheaper than a cargo truck or tractor because they are over 8'6" right? with duals.
So i ve been thinkin, and i think i want an 813. then ill put my wrecker body on it. What is the going rate for one with the 250 cummins? Kinda want a nicer one because my wrecker needs some work. Then i have a 400 HP 855 that would ALMOST bolt in(jake brake equipped might i add). time and...

No manuals but when it gets here i can get the numbers off the tag for you. Hey i noticed that yours has square corners, or is that just brackets. About where do they sit over the cab, height and side to side. (dont think you had any finished pics.
I plan on mounting mine to the frame with...
Hey im not sure about your area but around here we have a place called "bearings and drives" thats all they deal in. if you can get any kind of number off the bearing i would bet they can find it. they can take mill numbers on seals and bearing all over the truck and turn them into good numbers.
