One side of crew cab with foam vinyl stuff
Ever seen...
Ok the pics are comming this time...im going down to the shop and will take some before i go check out the M26A1.
The metric box shows up one Freightliner FL 50 60 and maybe 70. Our GMC "top Kick" with cat power (might make a differnce) also has one with a nice cute pump right on the compresor.
I used a Saginaw METRIC double piston. has two small pistors rather than one huge one. Kinda helped me with winch PTO shaft stuff.
I think that that is also what "milenium REO" used. If any one has pic's of that guys build up please post them i have another guy looking to do this as well
dang this was supposed to be in my last post

Hey willwagner, Do you know if there is a CPL for around 250-300 HP for the Bseries? (that 1553 looks good though) I want a good reliable motor. None of this slide the fuel plate and keep your eyes...
Hey guys i like the way you think (like me ;-) ) i have been thinkin the shaved handels and power windows as well. I was thinkin air power windows from a peterbilt. I love the sound of an air ratchet in the door!!
Window channel is also a very good idea! i was just going to put it on the rear...
Yup your in the same boat as me now buddy! the front caster is all off on mine to. BUT thats most of the problem however i found that by "tightening" up the rear you get alot less. you see the rear springs are slopy in that slot? what happens is that when the axles are on one side and they are...
Hey guys check this out. I realy like CT's idea. Heck when i found this about a week ago i thought "hey ill put that behind the heat guard"
As usual he was one (or two) steps ahead of me. This one has two valves. one that is the on or off and another that works as a protection valve.
What...
dang i sure missed my que on that one! Yes i have a 5.9 in my truck with 1600's (avitar pic). I think there is plenty of power to go around with the fuel plate slid. I need to do something with the turbo (hint hint). I run the stock tranny for now. I have a 600 lb class 18 speed overdrive but...
well i kinda got a dumb thought. Where abouts did you pute the probe? Before or after the "after cooler" You know how the coolant is piped though the manifold? well every one calls that an "after cooler" Which it is just like an air to water but less complicated. Well shouldnt the air charge...
Hey looks first class! I did the identical thing about a year ago on mine and let me tell you THE BEST time/money i have ever spent. the wider tires like we are running make it a must.
Keep it up
DId you not say they were a strait roller bearing? 5/8". just grab some 5/8 cold roll and cut it up. If you wana get fancy i can get you some 5/8 chrome hardend shaft. Used for cylinder rods and bucket links on our excavators (well only they're 3 1/2")
The white ring would be neat on a 60's era...
yes sealed doubles would be perfect! Look for a Fan Hub bearing in a 5.9 cummins. thats about the right size and easy to find. about 50 bucks at the local bearing supply house. Like he said i wouldnt be scared of broze plus they could be much smaller. Stick a greese zerk on it and go. probably...
Yup thats what ive been playin with. Dont forget the guy that dosent lock it in but decided to spin the heck out of it. NOW you need ball bearings. As usual i gota take it one step further, i want to be able to select front or rear tandem. the biggest thing is i need my rear to drive and not he...
My plan is to put one set on the front and the other on the first rear with a pair of double spline axles. I usualy run down the road with the front axle lifted up anyway so i will only be turning the diff and synthetic oil. As soon as i get my center steer axle in ill just put the hubs on it...
