    Oil Leaks

As I understand it's common for the rear main seal to leak oil. It then travels down past the clutch out that drain hole. Also if a deuce is run at high rpm it will cause the same issue. A simple way of know would be to remove that inspection plate.

    Oil Leaks

If you let the cans turn when you tighten down the filter the cup and spring can jam. This would cause the spring to crush the filters. Ask me how I know this.... That hole on the bottom behind the engine I would spray break cleaner in there. All that oil can cause your clutch to slip.

hose running down from turbo resting against front axle?

Mine came out of service with out one. I found mostly it helps keep the engine compartment dry. Any excess oil and smoke hits the ground. It's the blue hose in the middle if any did not know.

    Deuce start up?

No pedal for me, just push the start button hot or cold. Filters are new and drained often. I found after I replaced the fuel lines it starts faster.

    Code Enforcement

Your more than likely going to get busted for parking vechiles on a unpaved surface. Then another violation for storing items outside. This is why I am moving this very moment. No more neighbors and I want to build my own Toole Army Depot. Side note if your not legal they can file an injuction...
