    Ok, only two more to go. Missing some compression fitting for the 1/8" line. The big problem is how the heck do I get to the 1/4 tubing up under the injector pump. Guess I have to remove the winch drive shaft. Install is turning out nice.

    Fuel return lines I believe, excess fuel is routed back to the tank after injector and or flame heater

    Fixed the fuel line!!!!! Back in business now all I need to do is get it out on the road this weekend. Going to replace all the lines while I am on a roll.

    They hold grease around the kingpins. I dont think there critical unless your off roading.

    Ok second go around need more tubing. Tried to reuse existing to short. Fitting is 1/4 tube by 1/8 ntp Tubing is 1/4 Nylon 0.35 wall psi 250 Also FYI larger tubing is 3/8 DOT rated air line. I am using brass inserts and plastic compression couplings. So truck is still down, but I have now...

    What do you mean time consuming? Could you go into more detail about replacing the gasket? It's seams really tight down there especially with a winch.

    Have you tried adjusting the belt and adjusting the voltage regulator? Needs to be on the white line on the gauge.

    I would rebuild. When I drop off anything to BP Rebuilds in Marietta Ga he calls me with a price an options first. I would look for a shop around you.

    And the orange compressor hose is a one time use. Ok screw this I am going to paint the under side of the hood. Fix it later

    Turbo looks fine I pulled the hoses ran my finger across dry. Excess idling Broke a fuel line to the flame heater though. It was brittle though, I down till I can order the parts.
