I installed this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00UESXQ8Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Just above the winch on the winch/bumper plate. Brush guard clears by about 1" no problem. Light may be a little low for your needs, but you could always make a bracket and bolt it onto...
IF it turns out to be the solenoid (they cook under the heat, delaminate, lose efficacy sometimes), oddly enough amazon dot com has them in stock.
NSN 5945012101299 SAT-4108UT Ametek/Prestolite. $39.95 prime. I poked around and saw them for sale for as much as $200 elsewhere. Weird.
Oh, and...
Just be very careful with ePay.
Several sellers are pushing CHINESE-made parts as MILSPEC with same part/NSN. If you can't SEE the label on the starter and READ "Leece-Neville" or "Presolite" its probably Chinese.
Not to name names [wolfer] but I bought a couple of windshield wiper pivots...
Manuals. [someone had to say it]
Also search for the actual starter, MFY-6714UT Leece-Neville (but Prestolite makes it too): http://www.prestolite.com/pgs_support/support_0.php
Lube order, lube order, lube order. And engine and transmission drain plugs are 20 ft-lbs. TRY looking that number up quickly. (that's rhetorical). You can buy Dexron 3 in giant economy size 5 gal buckets off Dr. Evil's amazon site, Rotella HD diesel 15W-40 from Maomart, Tractor Supply Co too...
Where in the HECK did you find one of those?
I just spent a few minutes browsing amazon, epay and Grainger looking for it without any luck.
I'm a real stickler for superfluous detail like that and I WANT one.
edit: searched for "toggle switch switch guard" and clicked on images.
Bingo!
I think so. Looks like you're at the right spot.
Rocker cover-head-block-water pump-fuel point gives good orientation.
I believe your numbers are underneath the fuel line if there at all.
Go back to the tach drive and look at how it's mounted. Plenty of pictures around showing which is...
Just soft doors.
Same manual, see "Ballistic door" part #5340012538971
Real4wd.com has picture looks like strap piece is slotted which makes sense; easier to take doors off, but it's a different part somehow.
Match the antenna to the FREQUENCY. Longer the antenna, the longer the wavelength. It's why microwave and GPS antennas are a few inches vs. a 160 Meter antenna full length dipole is just that, 160M overall length.
You can "cheat" with coils, partial shielding (Zepp antennas for example)...
Pretty sure you just upload it as an image file (little picture frame above when you reply).
You will be held in the highest esteem if you do.
There outta be a site somewhere you can find/download instructions like those.
Thanks in advance.

THAT was the article I saw and couldn't find again.
Same part # as original. This WAS updated, there are several different mfrs with different numbers. I'm finding quite a few sellers on ePay that are pushing Chinese stuff - I don't want.
Question is, is there a part number assigned to the...
Have same problem with my RT side wiper pivot.
Dug around on the web yesterday a bit and find there's an UPDATED part, with the shaft peened/driven into the wiper arm end so it's less likely to come loose.
What I'm at a loss for is to figure out which part number this is.
A reading from the...
(edited. Sorry.)
You really need to mark it up to match YOUR truck.
Decide how wide you want it (PS says 40", but 41-42+, doesn't matter.
Cut board (I got a 23/32 - 0.72" - 2x4 sheet at Home Despot for $15), then lay it on the airlift loop tower and body just forward of the windshield frame...
This. Cutout yesterday, painted last night, cut out stencil last night, painted this AM.
Wife says "why?"
Well, it's like the one here in the PS magazine cartoon. Did I really need the lettering? Well, it's on the drawing.
Obsessions. I'd never question her devotion to her pets. Or the...
