I would try and clean the air pressure regulator on the fire wall. Also, check the belt to the compressor make sure it tight not slipping.

Good luck with your deal. I went the gl route and saved a lot of money. For 3,500 I would want a truck ready to go.

Engine to the frame where is that one? Your talking a ground other than the radiator to the frame right?

I agree Clean it and all the connections from the battery to the starter.

I did not even think there was a way to fix a cracked steering wheel. Good to know If some one does this repair please post a photo. My only concern would be the level of quality.
