    Dot3,4,5, why

DOT 5, I won't use any thing else. I don't go cheap when maintaining brakes.

    Air bubbles. And hard starting

    Air bubbles. And hard starting

After reading through this it sounds like you had bad fuel. A sure bet solution would be to change your fuel filters, drain the tank, and refill with new diesel. Bleeding the brakes is easy with a power bleeder. Make sure you use "DOT 5" and this stuff ain't cheap.

    It's Alive!, The beast lives

Since your already into the batt area. I would recommend cleaning the cable to frame ground, then clean all the connections at the starter. Also, a solargizer will help make your new batteries last longer.

    deuce breakdown?

I only have one but want to get an M35A3 next. I would be nice knowing you could tow it back to the house if you broke down.

LDT 465 D Turbo "Non Multi fuel"?

Mine an has that same yellow sticker. I run straight diesel and one quart of transmission fluid. Which reminds me to try seafoam on the next fill up. Oh just a thought I would watch the quality of any thing you put in your tank. Water, metals, and food particles will clog your filters. I know...

    Steering box replacement time!

I just wanted to say that I feel for you man. Didn't you just buy this truck? Just focus on fixing one thing at a time. I think you guys have an excellent point about possible damage to the drive train.

    Compressor Wrench

Yes it's a must for changing the compressor belt on a deuce. I would not sell mine, it stays on the truck at all times.

    -12* will the deuce start?

Love my 6.0 had to replace both batteries in December though. It's an 07 the last ones they made. Oh my deuce starts fine in the teens with the flame heater. Who knows about -10 or below. I never want to be in that kind of cold.

It's for the horn. Runs from steering wheel down shaft through steering box.

    Steering box replacement time!

Hate to say it but did you have full coverage on the truck? I for one could not fix that myself and if it was me i could contacting a dealer. This i not a cheap opition though sorry I'm not much help. Maybe some can chime if you post some photo's

    deuce flat tow question

Just a random thought: I remember a while back there was a modification you could make to the air pack to allow the truck being towed to have brakes.

    Manifold Heater Problems

M35 won't steer to the right?

I would check the adjusting lock nut. Make sure it not come loose. Or jack up the axle and readjust the steering

Electronic (push button) M-series Light Switch

I got even more upset when I put my old three way in. I thought to myself how does this thing still work it's old and been rolling around in my tool box. Oh well guess I just repaint the old one.
