I use a small solid state Schauer Chargemaster (I believe that is the name) It is an automatic pulse charger which charges quickly and has a "rejuvenation" (de-sulfate) cycle and a cell equalization cycle. I charge at 16 amps. A couple of batteries have required a couple of treatments to...
I assume you charged them separately with the ground to the generator disconnected and the link between them disconnected. Most govt batteries with any life in them can be rejuvenated unless a hygrometer shows dead cells.

ARNG = Army National Guard. FLNG = Florida National Guard. The folks who keep you free and dig your tail out of disasters between deployments. Look at the video link I posted of the previous owners of your generator.
SIGNAL COMMUNITY COMES THROUGH FOR THE 146TH ESB - Tags: UNITED States. Army IRAQ War, 2003-2011
It appears it did not come from a divisional unit unless this FLNG Signal BN is part of an ARNG Division.

I'm building a shelter next to my house, insulated. Will post pics when I get to building it. Its going where the first 4 units in my avatar are now, with 2 002a's in it. Too much else going in now.
