To save bed space- think about the area under the bed between the frame rails for your fuel tank. That area is like 2'x 2' x 12' = 48 cubic feet give or take some. Should hold a few hundred gallons of fuel or water or whatever.
Would it be possible? yes anything is possible
Would it be easy or cheap? NO NO NO!
Why would you want to do it? If you want to get the "multi-fuel" effect - almost all diesel engines can run waste motor oil/veggie oil.

Soni is gonna go over for me, check everything out and get it up to shape. I had it running but it has fuel line issues so I never got to check all the hydraulics and brakes and other stuff.

see if there are any leaks, make sure the crane and winches work as they should, check all lights gauges tires.
