GEP would have never used old GM heads at manufacture. So unless the engine you are looking at has been rebuilt by someone, it should have GEP sourced heads.
Best bet to sell that is to run an ad over on the Army Jeep fanatic forum G503. It’s not worth much as most people want soft tops. And what a shipping nightmare.
That is the VIN/serial number. Does not show up in the historical VIN database (no surprise). Red arrow is where it would be if it were there. Not being in the database is expected as the database contains trucks that the Army still had in the 90's. Yours was clearly surplused in the the 60's.
The lube order calls for OE-30 which is "Oil Engine 30 Weight". Modern equivalent is Delo 400: This oil has the additives needed by old engines.

Takes about 4 hours to pull the engine out and minimum of 8 to put a dressed engine back in. Your swimming pool engine might be rebuildable, knock the pistons out and see how bad the cyl wall pitting is. Might clean up at 020.
