Why not have a radiator shop rebuild your old one?

I have about 80% of it done. I still need to mount the coolant heater, and hook up the exhaust on both.

When you swap out a 700 in place of a 400 (both on the 208 tcase), you dont have to drill anything. It is a TOTAL bolt in swap (provided you have the tcase and pedastal from the 700r4). Makes it really easy!

I thought it was -50.... One of these days... I will get the rest of mine installed...

Armada... do you even have the fuel lines plumbed for the heater? I dont see them going across the firewall where mine are...

Lift it & use the trailer. Snowmoblies are so much easier to handle on the trailer :-) As for pics... check the 'tips & tricks' forum for info.

No, it uses the plastic GM weathertight connectors....

The plug looks alot like the standard GM waterproof connectors all throughout the truck.

Well first off, if you have a bad battery, you will ahve trouble starting it. Especially at colder temps. Ideally, you would find one of the arctic heaters. they mount on the Drivers fender, and tap into your cooling system. You could fire it up, and warm your engine up with the heater, then...

They will most likely make you a new set, but they will set them to the right height.
