I did not notice any improvement when I put my hood insulation in. Believe it or not, It seems quieter though, when the grill cover is on.

What about this? Attach heavy hooking points to the body directly in front/behind the rear wheels. To the wheel chocks, attach heavy logging chain, that is long enough to reach the hooking points...
Intersting. I had always seen it referred to specifically as the 'gov-lock' limited slip. Oh well. Not much importance to me, as both my vehicles have the gov-lock for sure rofl

I have 2 of those 'Mighty-Tites' (I think the wife still has them) If anyone wants them. They frown upon them at seat checks, and I have figured out how to get the seats pretty tight without them.
My concern with adding LATCH points... is are you ever SURE you have them anchored strong enough?
