I remember me and the DRASH contractor troubleshooting a brand new 12 ton ECU in the rain, fiddling inside the control panel. We would take turns getting shocked. Not a big deal to us at the time, just a slight tingle at out hand/arm.
Worst one was out in the field, the generator was grounded...
I've gotten shocked plenty of times by ungrounded generators. Hasn't killed me yet, but it's not particularly pleasant.
Local code might also depend on how the generator is being used. For standby generators they are tied into the house ground system, if you give them a separate ground you...
if set up and wired properly, then yes, you should be able to do 240V output into that box as two 120V legs. As has been mentioned there is the switch behind the control panel that needs to be set to 120/240 for it to have 240V output. (and never switch it while it is running)
I've mentioned it in a couple other battery threads (how many are we up to now?) but I did these batteries in mine about 1.5 years ago and extremely happy with them so far.

power steering pump with remote reservoir (you might be able to find it elsewhere cheaper/faster, but beware of chinese import parts as this operates at a higher pressure than most civilian PS pumps)

The vast majority of equipment and electronics have a little bit of leeway when accepting voltage. Usually if it's within a 10% variance will be fine.
That 220V motor isn't going to care much, if at all, about only getting 210V instead of 220. Just like it doesn't care about getting 240V...
There are also some straps with buckles in the TVI frame that are supposed to be connected together to strengthen it, as well as it velcroing to the floor or something like that to keep it from spreading/falling apart. I didn't have any of it done.
right now not sure what to use it for...
if you have the 200 amp system (and possibly the same for the 100 amp system) here is the troubleshooting guide from Niehoff

The brakes are set up to brake evenly when the truck is loaded up to near it's max weight, and there really isn't anywhere to put more weight in the front. That means a lot of weight in the back will even it out.
But as has been said, they're old school tech and don't have ABS or anything...
if you are climbing a hill at full throttle, then you aren't using BTM.
If done properly it will lock the differential, and you won't be able to spin up a tire even if it is off the ground. It's also just enough throttle to override the brake pressure (or releasing the brakes just enough...
The ones here in WA?
Not me, but I know who did, and if they both work it's likely that I'll get one of them from him.
I looked at them at the yard a few weeks back, and yes, they do look very clean.
That I'm not sure about. I know they had some blowout issues that seemed to be related to running them a little underinflated or something like that, and started scrapping any of them over 5 years old for safety reasons, but I don't recall hearing anything else.
I wanted the MTRs as winter...
I ordered some tires a few weeks back.
Went to go pick them up at the shipping company's dock on Friday.
Ended up being the wrong tires (I ordered MTR and received MT)
Called the seller, explained the situation.
He called me back 10 minutes later and confirmed it was their fault. Told me a...
The hubs work just fine as is, and I've never heard of anyone breaking one no matter how stupid they were being. The oil bath system works fine, provided you actually check fluid level once in a while to make sure it's still filled to the correct level. I've never actually heard of aftermarket...
