the TM will always show front and rear shocks, but it not necessary to run them that way, Ive run 0070, 0071’s on all 4 corners for 30yrs, lately I’ve been using 0072’s….they are rears, but used on all 4 corners
You guys need to break out the schematic, the transmission and it’s associated components are all 12v, The input voltage at the Trans relay from the ignition is 24v, once 24v is presented, the relay closes, this forces the adjacent 12v relay to close and supply power to the TCM and Transmission...
If your truck is pavement queen, the stock diffs is all you will need, lockers are for off road, if you use BTM “been using BTM for 30yrs” correctly, you have no need for ARB or E-Lockers.

truck is Tac’ing so much higher than the A2 truck they own or owned.
As far as REV and ECV...
An M998 already has the best gear ratio of 2.56, making it even lower IMO would “as it appears you have found” make it a slug at low speeds. The absolute best thing for an m998 is a 4 speed transmission.
The only way a diesel engine just “shuts off” is if the fuel cutoff solenoid is denied power or is faulty…I had a truck once that had a bad connection on top of the pump.
KDS green label is not a “Smart start” box, it’s known as a single component EESS, they were short lived and suck IMO.
they do NOT use a TSU in the water crossover, hence the “Single component“ name.
The only box in production is the KDS or Nartron S3 EESS smart start system with TSU, this is...
