I saw a wooden box at an Air Show at Warner Robins AFB and it had all the markings on it. No pictures, but they are out there. So just keep your eyes peeled.

Pretty simple. USMC Forest Green, with USMC Yellow for the numbers and markings.

Your horns might have some gunk up in them. I'm thinking old paint etc... in the back plates... pull them apart and take a look. Thank the lord that they're not complicated.

Looks like an aftermarket switch for something like mentioned above, or maybe additional running lights? Don't think its anything too crucial, otherwise it would probably be labeled.

What Lifer said. Hang on, I'll go look at my data plate real quick. Okay: 86.5" to the top of the bed bows... so less a few inches for the cab top. No more than 7 feet for the top of the cab bows. I really would just pull the top off and if anything throw a tarp over the cab if you're worried.
