    I once had to wait 9 months. I got several calls form GL asking if I wanted to wait, and because it was a worthless engine I didn't need I said yes just to see how long it would be.

    no, but you do need to remove the oil fill tube. there are 3 bolts in there. make sure you DON'T DROP THEM!

    you can always put a rad test kit on the rad cap and pressurize the cooling system with eng off and listen for air leaks.

    I put 2 in my hmmwv. use the rear most port above the starter and above the oil filter. I had been using 1 and it was nice but now with 2 it's simply hot from the start. the engine is heated more evenly and you don't get the horrendous sounds a 6.2 makes when it's cold.

    make sure you also get the plate that sits on the upper lip of the rear of the cab. it all helps.

    there is no way it has lockers. when all wheels have the same traction all will pull just as did in your case. looks normal to me.

    got mine from saturn too. jay is the man and the job was easy. only 1 harness connector to change. I did have to get a plug from the store to supplement the kit and plug the hole where the old switch was.

    it is a layer of insulation, foam covered in a thin top rubber layer. trucks that sit a lot will rust with these as they trap water. trucks that get used can evaporate the water that gets trapped. yet another example of a good idea if your going to use your truck. the TM say to apply MEK to...
