as I'm sure you know the military ones don't have clutch's but when used in a civi application they did. I'm sure we could adapt it for our use but I doubt there is enough room front to back for it to fit. just like you found out in the deuce.
you seem to have a bastard but you prob already knew that. diesels don't have vacume so there is no vac port on a multifuel but your talking about holly this and fuel pump under the inj pump and multi's don't have those so pics or more info please.
yes 939's were rebuilt from 809's just like with the A3 program for the deuces. both served side by side for a long period of time. just because they built both at the same time doesnt mean anything.
FWIW BMY did the 939's and AMG did the 809's so I don't think they were side by side.
I usually follow the same logic but when my trans went south I didn't touch the nonleaking seal. I know 2 friends with M series jeeps and they replaced theirs and it started a huge leak.
If anything I would reaplace the seal and run the motor and get it good and hot before reinstalling the...

you just can't drive it off the GL lot. it must be towed out of their fenced area. base doesn't care what you do till they pull you over for no tags or insurance.
