Can you add a pic please? My trucks are not near and it is driving me nuts trying to picture the bolt you speak of. Do you mean allen bolt? or cap screw?
Locating these may be dificult being they are not military. I think you may find the markings are for the ring only and have no berring on the center that is welded into them.
Has anyone given any thought to +1 in torque rods? I have 395's on my truck and would love to run chains. Is there any adverse afects that i nay be overlooking? I am aware of drive shafts and a 2 in longer main leaf. Gimmie some thoughts.
A half joking thought of my dads was to run 1 chain...
IIRC there is a civi version of the 3053 (dual pto ports) so i belive the answer is yes. Sorry i could not be more helpfull.
Also iirc, they came in old chevy/gmc c60's
Well i got it up and dried out. My question now is I would like to biuld a crate to store it in. Anyone know the rough dimentions of the tent folded up? Or did they make a Mil spec box for this? I am searching for info right now, but figured one of you guys might know faster than me.
the pallet it is shipped in on from china would be much more up to the task. You are going to be hard pressed to find a stand of that design that will come close to holding a multi
thats what i was looking for, any info to offer on it? what it might be worth? He wants 100 but with no output i am not shure. I probably wont use it much, i just like to collect the stuff
quick question, I am going to look at buying a small (3kw) genset tomarrow morning and wanted to find some info on it tonight. I know i have see them on here before (tried the search function with no avail) It has a small 4cyl gas engine. Anyone know the military designation? Owner says last...
if you are only going 10 miles, get another driver and use the dodge in your sig. assuming its a diesel, it should be fine as long as you go slow. Have the other driver in the 5-ton with the engine running so the brakes are still functional.
fwiw, never run a cardan joint without some angle on it. The needle brg's will not roll therefore will not transfer lubrication and suffer from impact loading.
the top that holds the stop selenoid has to be "slid" into place. if bolted straight down you could have a potential WOT situation that will NOT shut off.
